Who this policy covers

This policy applies to intelliagentia.com,helix-mcp-knowledge.intelliagentia.com andhelix-mcp-gateway.intelliagentia.com. IntelliAgentia is the project name used by Hugo Volckaert for the work presented on these websites. It is currently a personal, non-commercial project and not a separate legal entity.

Data the website itself does not collect

The current websites do not provide user accounts, contact forms, newsletters, comments or payment facilities. The source does not install analytics, advertising trackers, profiling technologies or application cookies, and it does not store visitor information in browser storage.

04 / Email correspondence

When a visitor contacts IntelliAgentia

The contact page provides a standard email link rather than a web form. If a visitor chooses to send a message, Hugo Volckaert processes the sender's email address, name, message, attachments and any other information the sender voluntarily includes. This information is used to answer the enquiry, discuss the relevant public project and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.

The legal basis is taking steps at the sender's request and the controller's legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries and maintaining relevant correspondence. Messages are processed through Microsoft's Hotmail service. Visitors should not send credentials, client data or confidential operational information.

05 / Infrastructure

Technical data when the sites are hosted

Netlify provides website hosting and content delivery. Netlify, Inc. and its applicable affiliates may process ordinary HTTP and security-log data, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and error information, to deliver the websites and protect their availability. Hostalia continues to provide domain registration, authoritative DNS and email services; it is not the web host.

The legal basis for strictly necessary delivery and security processing is the controller's legitimate interest in operating secure, reliable public websites.

06 / Sharing and transfers

Recipients and international transfers

IntelliAgentia does not sell visitor data. Netlify may act as a service provider for hosting, delivery and security under the applicable contract and data processing agreement. Netlify's current terms describe safeguards that may include Standard Contractual Clauses and participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for relevant international transfers. Hostalia provides domain, DNS and email infrastructure, while email correspondence is also processed through Microsoft under its applicable privacy terms.

07 / Retention

How long data is kept

No visitor database is maintained by the current website source. Infrastructure logs, if enabled, are retained according to the Netlify service configuration and applicable contractual terms for delivery, troubleshooting and security. Email correspondence is retained only while needed to answer the enquiry, maintain a relevant project record or meet an applicable legal obligation, and is removed when those purposes no longer apply.

08 / Your rights

Access and control

Where the GDPR applies, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of their personal data, and may object to relevant processing. Requests may be sent to hugovolckaert@hotmail.com. Individuals may also lodge a complaint with their competent data-protection authority; as the controller is established in Spain, this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

09 / Cookies

No consent banner in the current build

The current source does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. A consent banner is therefore not included. If analytics, embedded third-party media or other non-essential technologies are introduced, this policy and the consent mechanism must be updated before those technologies are enabled.

Links to third parties

Links to GitHub and other external websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. IntelliAgentia does not control the processing performed after a visitor follows an external link.

Netlify's own processing is described in itsprivacy policy anddata processing agreement. Hostalia's own processing is described in itsprivacy policy. Microsoft's processing of Hotmail email is described in theMicrosoft Privacy Statement.

Changes to this policy

This policy is effective from 11 September 2026 and will be updated whenever the sites' data processing changes materially. Privacy questions may be sent tohugovolckaert@hotmail.com.
